Determinism safety advisory and some laws of life...

Alright, I have been very busy the past few days in getting all my work for the week done before Friday. I even left the office last night around 12:30 am to complete several presentation materials gucci handbags. I didn't mind sleeping for few hours because I badly needed to rush back to the office for an 'external supplier' meeting that, (un)luckily, got postponed for tomorrow afternoon. Anyway, just to make sure that I still maintain a healthy level of sanity, I compiled these quotes to guide my busy life. =)

1)Every citizen be advised that despite the possibility that his or her
acts are all entirely predetermined by the blind mechanical nature of
the universe and are therefore unavoidable and inescapable, he or she
will still incur a legal responsibility and liability for any torts,
violations, misdemeanors, or felonies he or she commits.

2)Psychiatrists say that 1 of 4 people are mentally ill. Check three friends. If they're OK, you're it.

3)If you are given an open-book exam, you will forget your book.

4)COROLLARY: If you are given a take-home test, you will forget where you live.

5)The trouble with doing something right the first time is that nobody appreciates how difficult it was.

6)It may be that your sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

7)Deja Moo: The feeling that you've heard this bull before.

8)It has recently been discovered that research causes cancer in rats.

Hmmm...I wonder how much deeper the ocean would be without sponges?

Comments:
