Stressed at work...

Hay...first thing I heard from a trusted friend at work is that about a couple of our other close friends have secret plans of resigning from the company. I was surprised because I have been hearing a lot of these among work colleagues during late night conversations at the lobby, and I dunno if I was just one of those few trusted people that frustrated work colleagues disclose their plans to. Whether this was brought about by the recent changes in the company's organizational structure, work politics, or personal differences, this possible turn over that many of us will experience over the next three to four months is simply alarming. Should I really worry about this? Maybe I should because this is a possible exodus of senior associates whose experience in overall customer relationship management gucci bags I rely very much on. Well, I think this is the very reason why we all had to go through a change management seminar for two days in the previous week. The higher management aniticipated bigger changes over the next few months in terms of organizational structure and service delivery model.

Heaven help! I'm so stressed!!!

Star Circle National Teen Quest Grand Questors' Night!!!

What amuses me about SCQ is the title itself..it's made up of 7 words and about 45 characters. Lucky Manzano and Jodi Santa Maria would have intensely rehearsed to make sure words come out in their proper gucci handbags order.

Speaking of SCQ itself, I had a secret little obsession about this show (yes, it's just LITTLE!). Well, maybe because they gave Paw a chance to make a wild card come back to the Top 5. Had she not been selected, I wouldn't even attempt to get updates from my Mom who's been an avid follower of the series. I get to watch on Friday late nights only, when questors get booted off the show for performances that make the entire 'Kapamilya' world puke. To me, it sounded FUN! hehe!

Well, Erich, the girl who hails from Davao and who possess some Cindy Kurleto facial features, was the grand questor. I knew it! Well, it's good to know that Paw made it..I believe she was the only deserving contender from this season. Her natural look and raw talent will definitely raise the bar for other promising (or trying hard) personalities in show business. It's just too unfortunate that networks capitalize more on whoever has the "mass" appeal rather than who possess the talent to make mature, smart, and artistic work in the silver and white screen.

Frustrated with HTML!!!

I really hate this, but I couldn't fix my blog. I had been working on some Java script on to my page and probably add some nice-looking tagboards at one side, but I just couldn't figure how come I always got these error messages. This is why I hate HTML tags so much!!! I'm never going to make a good one unless somebody in Blogspot could teach me how to..Well, I'm a really frustrated webpage designer now. If I had the all the time in the world to find out more creative and techie ways to animate my personal space, I would have spent it doing so. Just look at this page, gucci handbags the only saving grace is probably the Harbour Design (and well...some of my interesting recount of everyday life experience..haha!) I'd love to put photos and links to my friends' individual blogs. the 'img src' thing don't seem to work whenever I do HTML editing...this is really pathetic...I can't believe I created a post out of my frustration to make blog designs...Oh well...

Failed attempt to create a tagboard!!!

Few Oscar nods for Eternal Sunshine

I'm a little disappointed that "Eternal Sunshine Of A Spotless Mind" got few nods from the Academy. I was kind of expecting that this film would get the same recognition given to last year's "Lost In Translation." It's still a great thing, though, that it garnered two major nominations for Best Actess (Kate Winslet) and Best Original Screenplay (Charlie Kaufman, Michel Gondry, and Pierre Bismuth). For the second time since "The Truman Show," Jim Carrey was ingnored by the critics for his very convincing protrayal...certainly a big disappointment! Well, for those who fell in love with the film, let's keep our fingers crossed that "Eternal Sunshine" gets one of these two awards, although Hillary Swank (Best Actress nominee for Million Dollar Baby) and "The Aviator" (Best Original Screenplay nominee) are top contenders in this year's Oscar race gucci bags.

Marlon + Nicky = RIOT!

Hehe! Its really funny that it was only last Friday that my best friend Nicky and I met in Makati. I've worked here in IBM since March last year, and she started working at People Support since April - both companies gucci handbags located along Ayala Avenue, the very heart of the Makati Business District. In spite of all our excitement to see each other talking over coffee all the pressure that Service Level Agreements have put in our young and naive selves, the plan never materialized. I must agree that our erratic work schedules have gotten in the way. I work really long hours during the day, and when it was time to drag my ass off 6750, work day starts for her (as she works graveyard shift for customer service of a US-based telecoms company and attends her classes during daytime at her Intramuros based college). So I'd probably have to thank her college professor for cancelling their class that Nicky and I finally grabbed that once in a blue moon chance to have some hearty dinner. We, likewise, had plans to go to some bar last Saturday, but we both had to cancel it, since I felt she was too tired to go out (she went straight to a school activity right after work, and she had not slept the entire day then.) We've wanted to go backpacking together for the longest time, but given the constraints that the real corporate (and/or scholastic) life has caused, we're at least thinking of just going to Puerto Galera or Boracay, and 'individually' consider the colorful prospect of a summer fling (haha! joke!). Anyway, we both love the beach but we never went beach bumming together, so this surely is something to look forward to.

Moved to A Better Home

I have moved to a better home!

Not that Joeuser wasn't a good one, but a lot of my friends would tell me that interface with JU was too daym boring. I guess blog readers, to keep on coming back to some blogger's site (in addition to intellectually stirred) must likewise be visually stimulated. So I know I need to work on some HTML and a whole lot of those techie embellishments. Anyway, I am exploring the wonders of Front Page to make things possible. But for now, as I transition into a new gucci bags blog environment, allow me to post without too much designs.

I am surely going to miss my buddies at JU. It was my home for little more than a year, and the discussions over that site were pretty insightful - from talks over religion, economics, and politics, down to the simplest of the average joe's desires and tribulations.

Anyway, my moving to a new home doesn't mean I'll cut ties with my old neighbors. They will always be the reason why I started and eventually got hooked to blogging, so it's surely important to visit old friends once in a while.

Well, it's almost 7 in the evening and I need to go. Been working for more than 12 hours already, and I need to rest. Until my next post..Take care y'all!
