Mimi: Will You Light My Candle?

Saw the trailer of Rent on iTunes! It's coming out around Thanskgiving season this year, so am all excited about its film release. We (Anj, Rosey, and I) actually planned to watch the Rep's production during those days when Rosey could effortlessly use her charms to reserve us good seats free of charge(of course, care of her Tita who, BTW welcomingly toured us around Miss Saigon Manila's backstage!). I regret now that we were not able to catch any of the Rent shows (Hmmm...were those scheduled around finals week?) Though I'd prefer the musical performed live, I'll make sure I won't miss its film showing this time.

Rent 1 Manila was superb. u should've seen it. Bituin escalante was just great. didn't get to watch Rent 2 Manila but i heard rachel alejandro did a good job doing mimi. :)
