My friends in the office are starting to notice how I've significantly lost weight over the past few weeks. I've realized this as well and I think it's mainly due to my losing hours for sleep for almost a month now. No very drastic change in my eating patterns except that lately, I fail to eat on time especially in the morning when I usually have breakfast at 10.

From this time on, I resolve to double my food intake, add two more hours in my normal 4- to 5-hour snooze, and cut my usual overtime work by at least 1 and a half hours. I'm giving myself two to three weeks to give my mind and body a much needed boost. With the Holiday celebrations coming (and the stress that go along), all it takes is an uncompromising willpower.
